Dear dharma friends

Today marks the 90th birthday of His Eminence Luding Khenchen Rinpoche, one of the most highly respected teachers of Tibetan Buddhism, in particular the Sakya tradition.

On this auspicious occasion, I pray to the Three Jewels for his long life and limitless dharma activity, for the sake of all sentient beings.

I encourage my students from all over the world to join me in these prayers and wishes, and to use this special day to accumulate merit, avoid negative actions and focus on practice as much as possible.
