Letter from Karmapa for his Tibetan monasteries

Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, informs his Tibetan monasteries that they should not celebrate Losar this year, as a mark of respect for Kathok Getse Rinpoche, Head of the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism, who recently passed away.
