Our retreat center was founded in 2005 on land donated by the late Roger Rickenmann and Dora Manrique.
It is located 30km north of Bogotá, near the town of Tabio.
Over the years it has grown to have a gompa for 60 people, sleeping accommodations for 30 people, a camping area for 50 people and a kitchen and cafeteria for 60 people.
In 2019 an Enlightenment Stupa was built under the guidance of Sheyen Lama Jampa and the participation of Lodroe Rabsel Rinpoche and Khenpo Tsering.
Building a stupa in Colombia was a project conceived by the late Lopon Tsechu Rinpoche on his second visit to Colombia, in 1995.
We offer a monthly retreat the last weekend of the month.
We also offer daily meditations, by zoom, with Lama Jampa, weekly teachings by local instructors and a weekly session of Q&A.
