Béarn Dhagpo Buddhist Center
Dhagpo Béarn comes from the Dhagpo Kagyu Ling activity in Dordogne, the European headquarters of the Kagyü school, one of the four lineages of Tibetan Buddhism. The center was established in Pau in 1985.
The life of Dhagpo Béarn is punctuated by regular meditation sessions and group practices, to which are added, 4 to 5 times a year, visits of qualified lamas to guide on the spiritual path all those who desire it. The center thus makes it possible to make the teaching of the Buddha available locally for those who would not have the opportunity to travel to other Buddhist centers.
