Western Diamond Way Retreat Center

Named Karma Kunzang Ling, meaning “All-Good Place”, the WRC is located on California Central Coast nestled in the mountains of Diablo Range. It offers the “top of the world” views in the setting of acoustical and visual privacy. All 80 acres of its pristine, protected land provide an excellent opportunity for development of a retreat center that supports sustainable, off-the-grid living, in harmony with the surrounding natural beauty of the area.

The WRC offers rustic but comfortable conditions for individual or group retreats, as well as a monthly meditation program. Its long-term development goals include the building of a permanent structure with a spacious meditation hall (Gompa), a sufficient number of meditation cabins, as well as expanding the general infrastructure to comfortably hold regional and national meditation courses and accommodate larger gatherings of practitioners (Sangha) year round.

The ultimate goal of this project is to facilitate and encourage individuals to reach their highest potential by inquiring into the nature of mind through meditation to the end that they will be able to be of great benefit to the world around them.
