Clermont-Ferrand Dhagpo Buddhist Center
Dhagpo Clermont - Ferrand was founded around 1985. Gyalwa Karmapa came in 2008 to bless the place, and many lamas from Dhagpo Kagyu Ling come 5 times a year to give teachings. Since 2012, Khempo Chöchok and others come once a year to teach on emptiness and Buddha nature.
In our center, you can practice:
- every Tuesday: one week in two meditation ( Shine) or Chenrezig, from 2.30 to 3.30 pm.
- every Wednesday, Chenrezig from 7 to 8 pm, then meditation (Shine) from 8.15 to 9.15 pm .
- every Friday, meditation ( Shine) for beginners from 7 to 8 pm, then Chenrezig from 8.15 to 9.15 pm.
Dharma teachings are given five week-ends a year at the center. On the Friday preceding each teaching, a public lecture is given downtown.
You can find a library and a shop selling some books, photos, incense, etc.
