Bodhi Path Chicago was opened in February 2007 by the 14th Shamar Rinpoche to teach Buddhist philosophy and meditation to all who are interested. The center offers programs ranging from information for newcomers to instruction and support for the advanced meditator. The center hosts weekly seminars by its resident teacher as well as special programs by teachers from around the world. We offer a regular schedule of group meditation, a reading & discussion group, monthly one-day mini-retreats, and dharma movie nights. Meditation instruction is available. All are welcome.
