Our Bath Buddhist Group meets once a week for a guided meditation on the 16th Karmapa. These meditation classes are suitable for all who wish to learn to meditate. We have a small library with Buddhist magazines and books. For newcomers there is always a short introduction to Diamond Way Buddhism and brief explanations on how to meditate.

We regularly hold courses on Buddhism and Buddhist meditation classes, guided by experienced practitioners and travelling teachers appointed by Lama Ole Nydahl. All weekly guided meditation classes are free of charge.
