Bad Wörishofen Diamond Way Buddhist Group
The group in Bad Wörishofen was founded by long-standing active members of the Augsburg center. It was founded in 2012 and inaugurated by Lama Ole Nydahl on 28th February 2013. The group is located in a private house in Stockheim, a suburb of Bad Wörishofen. The green and quiet environment invites you to meditate. Here our 5-10 members and guests meet in a family atmosphere. The meditation room is on the first floor. The common kitchen is on the ground floor, and in summer we use the terrace.
On the recommendation of Lama Ole there is a 38cm high statue of Tsepame (Skt: Amitayus, the Buddha of Limitless Life) on the altar in the meditation room. This Buddha aspect embodies long life and health.
