Dear dharma friends, I am writing to you following this week’s earthquake in Mexico, in which at least 230 people have lost their lives. As the search for survivors continues, let us hold in our hearts the victims, their loved ones, and all those affected. It is quite difficult to find the right words amid such moments of grief – and so we offer our humble silence, and pray for the end of all suffering.
