Arrival of H.H. Gyalwa Karmapa in and his group Singapore

On the 25th of May, His Holiness Karmapa arrived at the Singapore Changi Airport. A massive gathering of devotees from the world over rejoiced in His Holiness' return. His Eminence Beru Khyentse Rinpoche, Shangpa Rinpoche, Lodro Rabsel Rinpoche and a number of other young tulkus and Lamas were there as well to receive His Holiness and welcome Him back to Singapore.

Immediately after His arrival, The Karmapa met with devotees at the Karma Kagyud Buddhist Centre of Shangpa Rinpoche. An official welcoming ceremony with the customary religious observances of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition was organized at the center. Afterward, His Holiness Karmapa expressed His genuine happiness for the opportunity to return, once again, to share the blessings of the Buddha Dharma with the people of Singapore.
